This 130 m² 18th century cottage, tastefully restored, is located at Domaine de la Vaudourière, surrounded by forest on more than 5 hectares. The view of the forest and the park is refreshing!
2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor (1 with a 160×200 double bed and 1 with 2 90×200 single beds that can be linked) and 2 bedrooms are located upstairs and are equipped with air conditioning (same rooms as on the ground floor). of the road). Baby bed on request.
2 bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower located on the ground floor. They are equipped with towel warmers. Towels are provided as are bath towels for the pool.
To relax, you can enjoy the living room equipped with a TV with the channels offered by TNT as well as a DVD player, books and board games.
The cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi, like the entire Estate and buildings.
On the other hand, GSM coverage for mobiles is weak.
Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures until 11 a.m. However, we will do our best to be flexible.
The cottage can accommodate 8 people (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
A laundry room is available equipped with: 1 washing machine, 1 drying rack, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.
The cottage is equipped with a fitted kitchen with 1 fridge/freezer, 1 oven, 1 induction hob, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 Nespresso coffee machine and 1 dishwasher. Kitchen essentials (tea towels, dishwashing liquid, etc.) are also provided.
You can enjoy your meal in the cottage’s dining room or outside where garden furniture and a plancha await you.
The cottage is non-smoking and we regret that we cannot accept animals.
We take great care in cleaning your accommodation and use natural products as much as possible out of conviction and also to avoid indoor air pollution.
You will find all the equipment necessary for a successful stay and can enjoy, in season, the swimming pools, the tennis court upstream and the numerous games or bicycles at your disposal (giant chess board, ping pong, table football, etc.) .
We bring to your attention that the Estate is equipped with a swimming pool protected by a security roller shutter, in accordance with the legislation.
However, nothing will replace parental vigilance towards young children. To do this, we will have you sign an acknowledgment of this information upon your arrival.
