La Ferme cottage

This single storey gîte of 80 m² is located opposite the vegetable garden and has a garden.
The cottage can accommodate 4 people (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom).
To relax, you can enjoy the garden with its 2 deckchairs.
The cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi, like the entire Estate and buildings.
On the other hand, GSM coverage for mobiles is weak.
The 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 1 of which has a 160×200 double bed and 1 of which has 2 90×200 single beds that can be connected. The bedding is hotel quality. Beds are made on arrival.
1 bathroom with bathtub and WC. It is equipped with a towel warmer. Towels are provided as are bath towels for the pool.
A laundry room is available equipped with: 1 washing machine, 1 drying rack, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.
The cottage is equipped with a fitted kitchen with 1 fridge/freezer, 1 oven, 1 induction hob, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 dishwasher and 1 drying rack. Kitchen essentials (tea towels, dishwashing liquid, etc.) are also provided.
You can enjoy your meal in the cottage’s dining room or outside where a garden table and 4 chairs and a barbecue await you.
Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures until 11 a.m. However, we will do our best to be flexible.
The cottage is non-smoking and we regret that we cannot accept animals.
We take great care in cleaning your accommodation and use natural products as much as possible out of conviction and also to avoid indoor air pollution.
You will find all the equipment necessary for a successful stay and can enjoy, in season, the swimming pools, the tennis court upstream and the numerous games or bicycles at your disposal (giant chess board, ping pong, table football, etc.) .
We bring to your attention that the Estate is equipped with a swimming pool protected by a security roller shutter, in accordance with the legislation.
However, nothing will replace parental vigilance towards young children. To do this, we will have you sign an acknowledgment of this information upon your arrival.
You only need 4 bedrooms, for a maximum of 8 people, discover our Mimi Pinson cottage.
